Our bot scrupulously peruses data from sanctioned locations exclusively when a user solicits a video summary derived from the channel messages where the request was instigated. We retain solely the credentials for our Slack bot within your workspace and the messages utilized for summaries. These messages are expunged post video publication in your workspace.

3. Data Utilization

We utilize the Slack messages to devise script summaries for our video creations. These messages are subsequently relayed to OpenAI for summarization. The generated summary script is integrated into our video generation engine, culminating in the video being disseminated back to Slack.

4. Data Transference

We do not participate in selling or disseminating your data to third parties, nor do we engage in international data transference.

5. Data Security

Your data's security is of utmost importance to us. Our infrastructure is securely housed within AWS VPCs and our database strictly adheres to access permissions, only permitting access to authorized entities.

6. User Entitlements

You reserve the option to uninstall our Slack bot, which consequentially purges all credentials from our internal system. We do not retain any other data related to our users.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service operates exclusively within Slack, mandating a minimum age limit of 16 years. We unequivocally do not gather personally identifiable information from children below the age of 13.
